ANDREW BOURNE,M.D.,earned his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 1992 following completion of his undergraduate work at Loma Linda University. Dr. Bourne is also fluent in French having received a diploma of the French language from the French Language Institute in St. Julien, France in 1983. Dr. Bourne completed his residency training in general surgery at the University of Utah and completed fellowships in vascular surgery and endovascular surgery at the University of Utah and the University of Rochester respectively. Dr. Bourne is an avid mountaineer and ski touring enthusiast. He also enjoys trail running and most outdoor activities.

MARK SNELL,M.D.,, received his bachelor of arts degree in allied health sciences from Central Washington University in 1980 and went on to earn his medical degree. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery in 1990 at the David Grant United States Air Force Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Sacramento, CA. From there, he held a variety of command posts and was an active general surgeon at various Air Force bases around the country ending his military career full circle as the General Surgery Flight Commander of the 60th Medical Group at Travis Air Force Base in June of 2005. Since then, Dr. Snell has been a very active locum tenens surgeon around the country and missionary surgeon in Africa.
