The Sierra Park Urology Clinic is located on the Mammoth Hospital campus at 85 Sierra Park Road.

Tomi Bortolazzo, M.D., F.A.C.S., is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Bortolazzo earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego in biochemistry and cell biology. She earned her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed her residency in surgery and urology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Prior to moving to Mammoth, she worked in Upland, California, at the San Antonio Urology Medical Group, Inc, for 11 years.
Dr. Bortolazzo was the youngest person and first woman to become San Antonio Community Hospital’s Chief of Staff in 2002-2003. She was also the first female president on a medical staff comprised of 500 physicians of which 15% were women. Her fellow colleagues referred to her as a highly respected physician and surgeon in the field of adult and pediatric urology, a specialty dominated by men. She personally strives to ensure that all patients in need of medical care get the same quality of care she would give her family and friends.

Dr. Bortolazzo moved to Mammoth from the Alta Loma area in Southern California so that her children would have the opportunity to grow up in a small town and pursue their interests. She has two boys, Randy, 13, who loves to ski, and Russell, 7, who wants to be a professional motocross rider. Her husband, Ron, is a pilot and flies jets for private corporations. He’s also a designee for the FAA, someone who determines if a person qualifies for a pilot’s license. Dr. Bortolazzo likes to stay active and likes any type of sport or hiking as well as keeping busy with work and flying her airplane, as she is a pilot as well.
